I loved Country Mouse's pretty flowers so much I had to go get some for my house too. I got these at our weekly farmers' market for $10.

Baby Chicks

Our friends, Joy and Gunther Williams, live a few miles out of Grangeville in the beautiful mountains. This is the view from their porch:

Last weekend we went over to the Williams' to see their new baby chicks.

It was a fun spring thing to do in the country!

City Mouse - Go Cars

We took the kids to meet some friends for a picnic in Golden Gate Park today and then drove around San Francisco for a while.

These little yellow cars were everywhere. They fit 2 people and have a GPS system which tells the pre-recorded tour what to tell you about while you drive.

Welcome to our new blog! We are 2 best friend sisters who live in completely different surroundings. I recently moved to a small town in north central Idaho and my sister moved to the Bay Area in California only 6 weeks ago. We thought it would be fun to share our differences and similarities through a blog.

My husband came home last night with fresh flowers for me. He didn't go to a florist, but instead stopped and picked wildflowers on his way home from work.
